Terms and Conditions

-Privacy Policy

  • We value and respect each customer’s privacy.
  • We DO NOT and CANNOT collect customer’s financial information if customers order online, as your online order will be processed by PayPal. PayPal developed the world’s most advanced proprietary fraud-prevention system to ensure the security of any personal or transactional information in their payment network. They will never share your personal account information with anyone, neither with us.
  • We collect customer’s information only if customer orders by telephone so as to make an effort to get customers’ telephone shopping done on time.
  • Under No circumstances will we provide, sell, or rent customers’ information to any third parties.

Return Policy

-Domestic:

  • We accept any unopened items for a full refund only within 7 days after shipment with a proof of purchase.
  • Once the item has been used, we CANNOT accept a return.
  • Delivery charges are Nonrefundable.
  • 5% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges after 7 days.
  • 50% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges after 14 days.
  • No refund will be issued after 30 days of your purchasing.  
  • Attach a photocopy of invoice in your package with return reasons and actions to be taken such as for a refund or exchange.

International:

  • We CANNOT issue a refund to any international order.
  • If the package is seized by your local customs or lost during delivery, we cannot issue a credit for the order.
  • HOWEVER, if the package is fully returned and in good condition, we will issue a refund for the price of merchandise only.
  • Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  • We CANNOT  be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related delivery delays or seized products.
  • However, we work very hard to pick a great rate from our carrier, so that the  majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are very rarely assessed additional fees.
  • In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. Please read the attached “customs declaration forms” carefully once we email to you.
  • Please note once the records show the package arrived in your country, we cannot be responsible any lost items.  You must report it to your local post office.

Procedures to return products

When you get our return address by email, attach a photocopy of invoice in your package with return reasons and actions to be taken such as for a refund or exchange.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your return.

Shipping & Handling Charges

We DO NOT CHARGE the handling fee for ORDER & SHIPPING.

American Orders

  • Shipping is FREE for any purchase over $1000.00 within the United States.
  • A shipping charge of $9.95- $12.95 or more is applied for all purchases under $1000.
  • All orders should be received within 3-5 business days via local Postal Priority Services.
  • Expedited services (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are available upon request; any additional shipping cost will be applied by the customers.

Mainland China Orders

  • Shipping is FREE for any purchase that will be delivered from our manufacturer to a Chinese addressee.
  • Shipping is FREE for any purchase over $5000.00 mailed to overseas addressee.
  • Shipping fee will be charged based on the actual amount and shipping methods for each order under $ 5000.
  • All international orders will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Services),or USPS Priority by our local postal services.
  • Orders should be received within 7-15 business days.
  • Tracking number for each order is available upon request.
  • All packages can be tracked at www.ems.com.cn or www.usps.com.
  • The shipping fee does not include any custom duties, sales tax and/or any additional charges occurred at the designated country.
  • Expedited services (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are unavailable for any international order. Please consult our sales representative via email at info@chinesemiracleherb.com for more detail.

Other International Orders

  • The following residents of these countries need to pay by check or bank draft: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia, Cambodia, Croatia, Estonia, Ghana, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nigeria, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Thailand, Uganda, Ukraine, and Yugoslavia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may causes.
  • We CANNOT ship ANY order to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea and Sudan.
  • For all other countries, you may select your billing and shipping country addresses from the drop-down menu at checkout of PayPal.
  • Shipping is FREE for any purchase over $5000.
  • Shipping fees will be charged based on the actual amount and shipping methods for any purchase under $5000.
  • All orders will be shipped via USPS International EMS/Priority (Express Mail Services) by postal services.
  • All international orders should be received within 7 to 15 business days.
  • Tracking number for each order is available upon request.
  • The shipping fee does not include any custom duties, sales tax and/or any additional charges occurred at the designated country.
  • Expedited services (DHL, UPS, and FedEx.) are available upon your request; any additional shipping cost will be applied by the customers for any international order.
